Mampoko is a very feminst country. 60 % of our inhabitants are women. For the first time ever, we have a female president, Ravenna Huxly.
Our country is situated in a volcanic region. We also have a National Volcanic Park which is very well known all around the world. Lots of our incomes come from tourists who visit this park.
Nature is a very important part of our country. We don’t want to be like the highly developed countries, who only focus on constructing more and more new buildings and machines. Our people should be able to enjoy the nature as much as possible. Unfortunately we suffer from regular earthquakes.
There is a lot of drug trafficking in Mampoko. This can be looked at both positively and negatively. Soft drugs such as weed are not frowned upon. We use it in our hospitals for medical use. However, hard drugs are used very often as well. We would like to rid our country of them completely because they lead to addiction and in some cases even death.
Our economy is not optimal at the moment. We are in the middle of an economic crises in which our tin prices have dramatically dropped. This needs to be solved immediately seeing as most of our incomes come from the tin mines.
